Mobile Integrated Health Paramedic

The Grand Junction Fire Department is accepting applications for our Mobile Integrated Health Paramedic program! In this role, you will provide paramedicine services in the community and patient home setting by delivering patient-centered assessment, education, care coordination, and follow-up services under approved medical direction and program protocols. This position collaborates with healthcare providers and community partners to improve access to care, support treatment plans, and reduce avoidable emergency department utilization.
