Regional Sales Manager – West Territory

Ambulance Medical Billing (AMB) is seeking a motivated Regional Sales Manager to drive new business development in our West Territory, primarily covering Colorado, Arizona, Utah, and Nevada.

This role focuses on developing new partnerships with EMS and Fire Transport agencies, helping them improve revenue cycle performance and maximize reimbursement for ambulance services. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who enjoys building relationships, identifying opportunities, and closing high-value accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with EMS and Fire Transport agencies within the assigned territory
• Build relationships with agency leadership, administrators, and decision-makers
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract execution
• Maintain an active pipeline to meet or exceed sales goals

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales or business development is a plus-not required
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to travel within the territory as needed
• Experience working with EMS, Fire, or healthcare organizations is a plus

Remote Work Environment
Ability to work effectively in a remote environment while independently managing schedule, travel, and sales activities within the assigned territory.
